Rizz Card Review
Cheapest No-KYC card, but the charges will add up quickly.
We opened the account ourselves, added the card to a phone wallet and ran live transactions to check the charges, FX claims and cashback.

The verdict
While not the best name for a Neobank needing your trust, it is, in fact, a No-KYC card.
You can get a USD Card for just $10, of which $5 is automatically added to the card. Your card is ready in under 5 minutes, and if you need a one of small purchase, this is the best No-KYC card out there. Here's the issue for the card long-term.
The top-up fee is $0.15 + 3.2%. If you spend USD, it's 1:1 and a $0.30 auth fee. BUT Non-USD spending has a 2.4% fee. Therefore, for every purchase, I'm paying 5.6% in fees.
NOTE: They have an EUR option too, which would mean its just the 3.2% fee on USD and EUR cards.
The name throws me off, and it's a No-KYC card, which always means there are risks and you should proceed with caution. But there is something special about this card.
Score: 8 out of 10
Strengths
- Multiple positives in comparison to other No-KYC cards such as 3 year cards
- Google/Apple pay
- and $100
- 000 daily limits. The effective $5 fee destoys alternative options.
Weaknesses
- 3.2% + deposit fee on all purchases + 2.4% fee on non-USD spend

Who ranks these cards
I'm Tristyn Pawson, founder of ConsistenC.xyz. Over the last five years I've worked on marketing, development and growth across five crypto cards and neobanks, building at least three of them from scratch.
Alongside that I've run in-depth research on 20+ crypto banks to understand what actually makes someone keep a card in their wallet. These rankings reflect that: which problems are tolerable, and which ones are genuine deal breakers.
