The Bitget Wallet Hack has a twisted irony to it.

Today is Bitget's 8th Birthday, and this is the 8th-largest crypto hack/loss ever, beating Wormhole and sitting behind FTX.

The Bitget team just confirmed that a total of $351.6 million was drained from hot and warm wallets in unauthorized transfers.

They've also confirmed that funds are safe with their $464M user protection fund, which will cover the losses.
