Crypto Card Reviews (2026), Every Card Tested

One review per card, each built from a live spend test rather than the provider's marketing page.

The short answer

Cardify Crypto has published 27 crypto card reviews. Each one records the amount actually deducted on an identical benchmark purchase, the resulting FX spread above mid-market, cashback paid, wallet custody, KYC documents requested and setup time, so you can compare cards on measured numbers instead of advertised rates.

How we benchmark FX rates and feesExpand

Every card is funded from the same wallet and used for the same benchmark purchase on the same day, so the only variable left is the card itself.

  1. Record the mid-market rate at the moment of purchase.
  2. Run an identical low-value transaction on every card, screenshotting the deduction.
  3. Subtract the mid-market cost from the deducted amount to get the gross spread.
  4. Deduct any cashback actually received to get the net cost.
  5. Log setup time, KYC documents requested, top-up speed and ATM terms separately.

Who ranks these cards

I'm Tristyn Pawson, founder of ConsistenC.xyz. Over the last five years I've worked on marketing, development and growth across five crypto cards and neobanks, building at least three of them from scratch.

Alongside that I've run in-depth research on 20+ crypto banks to understand what actually makes someone keep a card in their wallet. These rankings reflect that: which problems are tolerable, and which ones are genuine deal breakers.
