The short answer
The best stablecoin card in 2026 is Coca Card: it converted a stablecoin balance at a 1.18% spread above the mid-market rate on our live test, the cheapest of every card we have benchmarked. If you want your USDT to stay in your own wallet until payment, Coca Card is the strongest non-custodial alternative.

A stablecoin card is really a conversion product. You hold USDT or USDC, the card converts it into the merchant currency at authorisation, and the spread taken on that conversion is what the card actually costs you. Cards that advertise zero fees still take that spread, which is why we measure the deduction instead of quoting the marketing page.
Beyond the spread, check which chains the card accepts for top-ups, whether balances are held custodially between top-up and spend, and what the ATM terms look like. Cheap conversion paired with expensive withdrawals can still be the wrong card if you take out cash regularly.
